50th Anniversary Logowear

Join in the spirit by wearing our 50^th Anniversary’s logo, “Leading with Spirit.” Proceeds from these sales will help defray expenses for our 50^th Anniversary events.

How to Order

1. Download and print an order form (235 kB PDF).
2. Fill out the form.
3. Go to the payment webpage, duplicate the quantities from your hardcopy order form ($ totals are automatically calculated), insure your order total is correct, and pay for your order by bank draft or credit card (please use the same name you printed on your order form).
4. Mail or drop off your hardcopy order form to Kim Widlund in the church office. Orders can't be processed unless Kim has this hardcopy of your order form.
