Kids and their parents (grandparents, too!) are invited to celebrate King of Glory’s 50th Anniversary on Sunday, October 19, at a big, old-fashioned birthday party. The fun and games, for families with children up through eighth grade, will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Kingdome Activity Center and adjoining lawn. Party features will include hot dogs and hamburgers, birthday cake, live entertainment, and lots of things kids love to do.

Christian singer and musician Jeremy Balido (whom some might remember from earlier vacation Bible schools) will entertain as kids enjoy bounce houses and games for all ages. Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for kids, under 3 free (includes lunch, maximum $25 per family). Wear church casual attire (50th Anniversary shirts would be great). Celebrating fifty is a kid’s thing, too!
