King of Glory Annual Meeting

Sunday, February 21, 12:15 p.m., Fellowship Hall

All members are encouraged to attend. The Annual Meeting is a time for the congregation to:

• Have lunch together.*
• Celebrate and reflect on the events of the past year.
• Hear reports from committees.
• Transact required business of the congregation, i.e.,
  • Approve three members to the Congregation Council.
  • Approve the 2010 budget.

Lunch* will be served. Annual Reports will be available in the Narthex Sunday, February 7, as well as sign-up reservations for lunch.

Childcare will be available for children kindergarten age and younger. Supervised quiet activities will be provided for elementary school children in LL20 (the Club Four Five room).

*Menu: Adults, $6.50, Honey Baked Ham, Three Cheese Potato Casserole, Mixed Green Salad, Fresh Bread, assorted homemade Cookies and Brownies. Children, $4.00, Five Baked Chicken Nuggets, Baby Carrots, Potato Chips, Applesauce Cup.
