On Sunday, August 24 we'll host an Open House for Sunday School and we welcome our Parish Nurse, Marsha Thomas, with the Parish Nurse Commissioning.

Beginning on Wednesday, August 27 is Wednesday Night Dinner (Back by popular demand!) and our choir rehearsals resume after the summer break.

We held our Vacation Bible School on August 10–16. What fun we had! To all the volunteers that contributed their considerable talents we send a big, "Thank You!"

September 21, Annual King of Glory Blood Drive, Kingdome Activity Center, 8:15 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Starting Point, Sunday session begins.

September 24, Starting Point, Wednesday session begins.

September 28, Dr. Martin Marty preaching/reception all three services, New members received, Dr. Martin Marty lecture/discussion/reception/book signing, 7–9 p.m.

September 29, Dr. Martin Marty lunch and lecture, 12–2 p.m.
