Lenten Service Livestream - (INTERNAL)

INTERNAL Event:
Internal Event Exists to manage the Livestream trigger on the home page.
If the "Live Service" category is not set on the event that is intended to be live-streamed, the homepage will not know to display the "WE ARE LIVE" message.
If there are no "Live Service" events scheduled in the future, there will not be a countdown timer displayed on the homepage counting down to the next live stream event.
In order to reflect the accurate actual start time of our worship service at 6:30pm on the calendar, and also configure the livestream page to switch to 'live', this event allows for the live page to be accessible at 6:20pm but still reflect the accurate start time of the service on the website calendar.
