INTERNAL Event:
Internal Event Exists to manage the Livestream trigger on the home page.
If the "Live Service" category is not set on the event that is intended to be live-streamed, the homepage will not know to display the "WE ARE LIVE" message.
If there are no "Live Service" events scheduled in the future, there will not be a countdown timer displayed on the homepage counting down to the next live stream event.
In order to reflect the accurate actual start time of our worship service at 10:15am on the calendar, and also configure the livestream page to switch to 'live', this event allows for the live page to be accessible at 10am, but still reflect the accurate start time of the service on the website calendar.
